Advisor & Board Candidate

I am the CEO and owner of LAKI — a consulting and advisory firm that helps organizations move from strategy to action. Through years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive and board member, I have developed deep expertise in strategy, business development and organizational leadership.

As chairman of the board at Primafon AS and board member and CEO of JSAN Consulting AS, I work across industries and company stages. My core belief: strategy without execution is just wishful thinking. I call the gap between knowing and doing the Direction Gap.
